Something like this has to be done in the Portuguese league. Not those ridiculous "apito dourado" "operations" to show that they're doing something, because really they aren't. You already know the guilty ones aren't caught. When will they have the courage to do so ? I must praise the italian FA for doing this. It should be an exemple for others...

I have nothing against Juve or Milan or anything, but if they really won some games (or championships) unfairly by cheating they should be punished so that the impunity feeling over the people behind this disappears.

then Porto, Benfica, Sporting, Boavista, Maritimo, Nacional, Braga and Guimaraes would all get relegated...

Uniao de Leiria Superliga Champion 2007? :o

Juventus have the most charges against them and risk Serie C1 or lower (and deserve it like the pigs they are), Fiorentina and Lazio risk Serie B, and Milan remains in A but risks a hefty point penalisation at the start of next season.

Ciao Juve, vafanculo gobbi vergognese!
...says the fan of another guilty party

Id love to see your face if Milan face real punishment

If he hasnt made a promise to the club to stay, then Chelsea better move for Zambrotta as soon as punishment is confirmed

You gotta feel sympathy for the fans like Mark though. This must be a nightmare for fans like him. So while people gloat over it, true decent guys like him just feel sick about it. Give it a thought.

Now there's a nice game on FM 2007, getting Juve to win the Serie A as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to it. :rockman:

Thanks for the kind words Pete. People can say whatever they want on this subject but as long as it's clean. Sure some d*ckheads come here just because they hate Juve and don't even know all the facts. They'll be taken care of.

This scandal all started when Juve were accused of doping their players. They put taps on Moggi's phone and didn't find anything. The case was closed. Months later we read that some of these conversations were leaked by the media and found some interesting conversations between Moggi and the head of the referee's.

- Moggi was unhappy with some of the refs during some Juve games.
- After Paparesta(ref) robbed us of a game vs Reggina he went in the ref room and told him off. A year later Paparesta said he was closed in the room by Moggi and Giraudo by key. Why didn't he report this the day after? Why now with all this scandal? ok ok, he was afraid to lose his job. BS

- You hear Moggi talking with the refs boss telling him he wants this ref for a certain games....blah blah blah and when you look at the games they talked about, some of them aren't even Moggi's choices so they could of joked about it. Transcripts and audio conversations are 2 different things.

- The rest as nothing to do with Juve. It's about conflict of interest because Moggi's son was the head of the players agents. They only have 17% of the players in Italy.

I won't talk about some other conflict of interest with other teams. I think you know what I'm talking about.
VP of Milan = President of the league
ex-Italian PM = Milan Prez

There's the betting scandal with Buffon and other players. Gigi said he only bet on the net and it was not on Serie A or B games and he stopped betting when they changed the law.

What do the other teams involved say?

We are victims of Moggi's system. We are clean. BS

In one case, I hate bringing Milan's case but they are the ones that are; some say in worse, equal or less sh*t than us.
One of their employee(Meani) is heard on those taps pushing for linesmen and talking with Galliani(Milan VP and league Prez) about this when you have official press releases that say he never did anything wrong and was not aware of this situation.
You have Meani talking with ex-ref Collina(same sponsor as Milan) and telling him that when he retires they will find him a good job.

In all these cases and the thousands of pages you don't have a single proof that a ref, head of ref, linesmen, player... was bought by either Juve or Milan.

The thing with the sporting law in Italy is that you don't have to find ant proof to sanction a team. This is the law and all four teams have either breached one or both of them.

Article One is a general rule which explains that `whoever is subject to the observation of the federation's rules must do so according to the principles of fairness, correctness and honesty'.

Article Six explains that `the execution, through any means, of acts aimed at altering the course or result of a match, or at ensuring an advantage to anybody in the league table is a punishable offence'.

If any of the clubs are found guilty of violating Article Six, they face the minimum penalty of automatic relegation to an inferior level.

An infringement of Article One is punishable by the docking of points in the subsequent season.

So, because of this law, Juve AND Milan should be relegated if foung guilty.

Milan does not face relegation as they are charged only with breaching of article ONE!!1! not 2 and 6...

And those who say Milan is guilty, of what? Of winning Carlos **** in the last two years? Now that's a ******* nice Milan system. Come on gobbi piggies, your frograce Moggi was so full of himself he thought he could get away with anything, now you can go play against Gallipoli in C1 or even Cervia in C2. Did you honestly were so blind to think your team could win every single match and didn't see the blatant offsides, the not whistled faults, the penalties in christmas wrappings you received, not for ONE year or TWO but for DECADES. A disgrace is what Juventus is.

One of my best mates was banned for life here, for telling the truth about Juventus before it hit the media, and since most moderators are Juve fans here you can guess the result... Now that it's clear he told the truth, wouldn't you creeps reinstate him, maybe?

Btw, he's telling me on MSN he's still waiting for the police mate, guess they ain't coming arrest him after all, huh Markie boy? You Juve guys are so full of **** it ain't even funny.

Erm.. No. Did you notice the people accused in that "apito dourado" ? I only saw Porto, Boavista (not directly but Valentim Loureiro) Gondomar and other 2nd league clubs being charged with accusations.

But even if we suppose you're correct, wouldn't it be worth it ?

There is corruption in Sporting and Benfica as in every other club, but it's things like saying a transfer was a certain amount, different then what really was so that some money gets into the directors' pockets. And of course we all know part of the Madeira budget goes to Maritimo, but in the italian league all this scandal is of corruption, buying the referees, making arranged results.. And in this area we know who is the portuguese specialist..

Who is charged with what in Italy soccer scandal

ROME, June 23 (Reuters) - The following 26 soccer officials face charges in the Serie A match-fixing scandal, sources close to the clubs that have been charged told Reuters on Friday.

JUVENTUS

LUCIANO MOGGI - Former general manager of Juventus. Part of the so-called "Triad" - the others being former chief executive Antonio Giraudo and former vice-president Roberto Bettega - that ran Juventus for 12 years. He quit last month.

ANTONIO GIRAUDO - Former chief executive of Juventus. Also features prominently in the phone taps. Also under investigation by magistrates in Turin on suspicion of "false accounting" in relation to Juventus's transfer activities.

- - - -

AC MILAN

ADRIANO GALLIANI - Vice-president of AC Milan and former president of the Italian Football League, the organization that looks after the interests of clubs in Italy's top two divisions. His dual role had led to accusations of a conflict of interests.

LEONARDO MEANI - A member of Milan's management. Newspapers published phone taps in which he spoke to the official assigning linesmen in April 2005, complaining about a linesman he selected after Milan lost to Siena.

- - - -

FIORENTINA

DIEGO DELLA VALLE and ANDREA DELLA VALLE - Diego Della Valle is the owner of Fiorentina. His brother Andrea is the club's president. In the phone taps the brothers complain about refereeing decisions with Moggi and FIGC official Paolo Bergamo in the 2004-05 season when the club risked relegation.

SANDRO MENCUCCI - Director general of Fiorentina. In phone taps dating from the end of the 2004-05 season he tells Bergamo and Innocenzo Mazzini (see both below) that Diego Della Valle will not continue to promote the interests of Serie A's smaller clubs in return for favours from referees.

- - - -

LAZIO

CLAUDIO LOTITO - President of Lazio and its biggest shareholder. In the phone taps he tells former FIGC vice-president Innocenzo Mazzini that Diego Della Valle has made him "a bandit's offer" in relation to their game against Fiorentina at the end of the 2004-05 season. Lotito is also under investigation by magistrates in Milan on suspicion of market-rigging involving Lazio shares.

- - - -

ITALIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION (FIGC)

FRANCO CARRARO - Former FIGC president. Carraro resigned on May 8. He was questioned by magistrates on suspicion of knowing about the manipulation of refereeing appointments but doing nothing to stop it.

INNOCENZO MAZZINI - Former vice-president of the FIGC. Resigned on May 11. In intercepted telephone conversations with Moggi he makes disparaging references to Carraro and discusses which Juventus delegate will be attending a meeting on refereeing appointments.

COSIMO MARIA FERRI - A member of the FIGC's commission for economic disputes. Charged with knowing about the manipulation of refereeing appointments in relation to Lazio matches but doing nothing to stop it.

PIERLUIGI PAIRETTO - The FIGC official in charge of assigning referees to Serie A games during the 2004-05 season and a former member of UEFA's refereeing commission. In the phone taps he tells Moggi the name of the referee for Juventus's Champions League match against Ajax Amsterdam in September 2004 two weeks before the game. UEFA rules state the name of a referee is to be communicated only 48 hours before the match.

PAOLO BERGAMO - A former FIGC official. Worked with Pairetto during the 2004-05 season, assigning referees for Serie A games.

TULLIO LANESE - Former president of the Italian Referees Association. Investigated by FIGC magistrates on suspicion of knowing about Moggi's manipulation of referees but doing nothing to stop it.

GENNARO MAZZEI - A former FIGC official in charge of assigning linesmen to Serie A matches.

PIETRO INGARGIOLA - Former observer for the Italian Referees Association. In phone taps he claimed to have been present when Moggi and Giraudo locked referee Gianluca Paparesta in his dressing room following Juventus's 2-1 defeat by Reggina in November 2004. Ingargiola did not report the incident.

- - - -

REFEREES

MASSIMO DE SANTIS - Italian referee. De Santis was the FIGC's proposed referee for the World Cup, but was withdrawn, along with two linesmen, after he was drawn into the match-fixing investigation.

PAOLO BERTINI - Serie A referee

PAOLO DONDARINI - Serie A referee

DOMENICO MESSINA - Serie A referee

GIANLUCA PAPARESTA - Serie A referee (see above)

GIANLUCA ROCCHI - Serie A referee

PASQUALE RODOMONTI - Serie A referee

PAOLO TAGLIVENTO - Serie A referee

- - - -

LINESMEN

FABRIZIO BABINI and CLAUDIO PUGLISI - Leonardo Meani asked Gennaro Mazzei for Babini and Puglisi to be assigned to Milan's match against Chievo Verona in April 2005. Puglisi was a noted Milan fan. Meani got his wish and his team beat Chievo 1-0.

Even former Ministers in the Italian government were friends with Moggi, one even asked him to save his favorite club Sassari Torres from relegation to Serie C2, and they didn't get relegated. It is well known Juventus used dope for many years (but so did Marseille btw) but powerful persons always put their hands above the old slut to protect her.

I am 100% sure the tapes got released by orders from Berlusconi himself who was sick that Moggi was playing with his balls and favoring blatantly his team over Milan by using referees, he got away with it for over ten years, but enough is enough.

Now Juventus are falling down and are trying to drag as many clubs with them as they can, these are btw, not all clubs involved, this is a speed trial for the clubs qualified for UEFA cups, the final appeal needs to be done before the deadline of July 21th so the FIGC can give the list of Italian teams participating in the diverse cups to the UEFA.

There are a dozen other diverse Serie A and B clubs to be investigated and trialed later.

I don't know what's the most funny though, the Inter losers crying their souls out on their boards they got "cheated" and deserve all scudetti from 1996 on (LMAO) or the Juventus gloryhunter rats leaving the sinking ship "en masse" once it will go down faster than Titanic and Posseidon together. For those clowns I recommend them to buy Chelsea shirts from now on, I'm sure that club has still some room for some more "fans" in its ranks. Just stay away from Milan, we don't need rats, thanks.

In the end I am confident, as Berlusconi, who not only claims none of the charges against our club are valid and will be easily refuted by our lawyers and that the stolen scudetti from 2005 and 2006 will be ripped from the black & white shirts and stitched back on our proud rossoneri chests.

Forza Milan. Tu sei tutta la mia vitta!

If they took something like creatine or legal sh*t like this it's ok because it was legal. You shouldn't talk with "Milan lab" and all...I could start throwing BS like you're doing and say that Gattuso is not running on pasta and meatballs.

We'll know more in July so I'll close this before people get banned for posting crap and acting like douchebags. :D
