I agree with you. Players like Ballack, Lampard and Rooney play a lot more than one or two games in a row. I'm playing league with Villarreal on 5 stars and it's really annoying when you have to change the team for every game. It doesn't seem to make any difference if you change a player in the second half. It's still as if he had played the whole game.
In PES 4 this worked perfectly but not anymore. It would be ridiculous to edit every player to have stamina over 90 and condition 6-8. But the fact is that if you want to win a league you have to play with Chelsea or Milan or another big club. I know it's realistic since these teams win the titles in real life too but this is still only a game.

I cant now never play my first 11 except for first game...in Pes 4 it was better system...

Then turn accumulated fatigue off. I find really annoying not to be able to play two matches in a row with the same 11.
