Del Piero and Nesta are both done very well, except for the eyes. They're too open and give a bad expression. In Del Piero I would even straighten a bit the nose.

Del Piero's hair looks bad .

I think on Del Piero you have to give the shadows a better color. They look to brown, same for the hair (on the facetexture).

Nesta looks way better now. Only move the eyeballs a bit down, because now it's just if he wants to sleep.
