in cm in the hair texture area theres a small button with colors next to the 256 x 256 text click on and start looking for the color you want,
the other way is to save the hair texture and color it on photoshop

maybe 1 mate, my suggestion is try Leonardo Bittencourt very similar to the hair he has in his picture also try to update the mouth it looks to be smaller in the picture :P
