First of all, literally cutting and pasting is a big nono. You must apply hue and saturation filters, curves, sharpness, maybe even blur, etc. Second, these textures are unfortunately useless. If you want someone to help you, give us the original facegen texture and the photo separately.

A much easier way to do this is to follow this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tSLNNk0r08. Then, after that get the fagen texture and work with the photos you have. The pros of this is that you will create a similar model and texture in contrast to the outdated way you are doing :p

It' good improvment but it's still terrible, your colors are still all over the place, balance them more it looks like half of his face is baked and lips are bad (just copy and pasted with no finesse), eyebrows are way toooo long. That shadow between eye and nose should be removed etc. A lot of work needs to be done.
