It worked for me.

As for the download link... I have to ask why people use these god-awful spam upload sites that dump mega-ads on your PC. Gack, my PC needs a shower after that. Me, I use MediaFire to upload my files; no ads, no pop-ups, no slimy anything.

EDIT: Okay my bad, one file does appear to be borked: WIND.dll unzipped and installed, but is broken and listed as 0 KB in size. The rest unzipped fine.

Is the combined graphics file, literally only graphics & no gameplay changes at all?

I've seen in the folder, that there is general_gameplay luas & databases etc, alongside other ini files that I thought were used for gameplay changes.

Please advise

i am currently using Regularcat's latest July 15th database update with db edit mod v 1.0 reapplied.

yes..some files like generic_gameplay ^ cl.ini would have an effect on the gameplay.

however,the codes inside are easily understood.

just delete the lines affecting gameplay through notepad & regenerate.

Yes but it seems regularcat latest squads doesnt include summer tranfer like Ibra Mkhi Mane etc.isn't it?I have applied it but nothing change

as far as i can see..there are only 2 files-generic_gameplay.lua ^ cl.ini.

however..as i said...manually remove the easily identifiable gameplay codes using notepad instead of altogether deleting the 2 files.
