changes in this assignment-

new specific pitches AS Monaco,Olympique Lyonnais.
new team gameplay upgradation/changes for all teams included in CTG V4.6.
new individual player gameplay beta test for 3 arsenal players(assignments in player_x.lua)
mesut ozil,aaron ramsey,'the ox' alex-oxlade chamberlain.
