Well, with FIFA being so shite, I'm starting to make some kits for PES3... and as usual...

NO REQUESTS!

First up is a Borussia Dortmund kit pack, which you can download from Centrespot

Reflections on the black kits look great, unlike FIFA04's "coat of enamel" look.

I put this one in instead of the alternate kit, cos if you play a yellow team against BVB the kits would clash...

go on then how do you get the shine? is it an overlay layer?

I use two layers in order to get that shiny effect on my kits...

The lower layer is the white texture which uses multiply blending mode, but the texture isn't visible on dark colours that way.

Therefore I use an additional layer on top - it's the same texture but darkened by 200, so that it looks like a black texture. Then change the blending mode to "screen" to see the texture on dark colours, as well as adding that effect.
