Juve and Man Utd similarities this season.

I copied this from another poster on xtratime, but its interesting

- Lippi and Fergie are old-school, proud, strong-headed, shares a stubborn streak a mile wide and are natural pals.
- Both clubs are budget-conscious.
- Both clubs, despite aesthetic differences, play a very similar high-octane/pressing game.
- You guys have Ferdinand & Wes Brown, we have Legro & Montero (not that I'm blaming them)
- Both trail the current respective league leaders, who are both having an extraordinary season.
- Both have still a domestic cup to play for.
- And until yesterday, both were still in the CL, hrm ...

also some things I will add

-new players have not added as much as was expected perhaps.
-Both sit 3rd in their leagues, with not much hope of catching the leaders.
-Both will rise again to the top. Well Juve will at least, as Chelski has something to say about that. ;)

Then again, when did you last see a Chelsea/Spurs supporter having any kind of respect for Arsenal?

We don't. It works both ways - the feeling is mutual. (H)

Spot on, as he said, the feeling is mutual. ;)

As for the similarities, they are kinda freaky, although probably coincidence.

how bout this for freaky...

Both clubs were knocked out of CL by teams which wear a jersey of blue and white vertical stripes and blue shorts with blue socks :(
