Mark, lay off the pot.

Maybe its Cassano + Miccoli + Blasi for Chiellini, Mutu, Mancini and cash :brow:

I cant stop laughing that Tudor rejected Bolton, a Uefa cup team that gets good crowds to join Siena, who play in front of 40 people and fighting relegation

?

The original deal always seemed lopsided anyways, but I still think Juve would have to pay $5M cash. Considering they paid like $30M for Cassano and he could easily turn into one of the best players in the world, ill be surprised if that deal happens

I can bet that Cassano will become another player under Capello again, he just knows how to handle Antonio's temper.

What makes you think he won't get playing time ? You would have liked if he ended up at Roma ? Your wish might still be granted ... but with all their problems Roma isn't the kind of place you want a volatile mind like Mutu's ending up at. Juve will instill discipline in him and he will get lots of playing time on a bigger stage at Juve.

You're only thinking about Romania. If you think of it, he won't be guarateed a starting spot at any of the elite clubs. He has to earn it especially after his exile. He's not going to just waltz his way in.

And he got quite a bit of playing time in the pre-season games. What makes you think he'll be on the bench all the time at Juve ?

What makes me think he'll be on the bench at Juve? Exactly what you explained to me in the paragraphs above that one.

Of course I'm thinking about Romania here, do you think I like to see a once great football nation with great players that qualified for every major tournament lose every big game they play and struggle against teams like Macedonia and Finland? I understand football has changed and that things are more balanced now in the football world but there is no doubt that Romania football in general has decreased a whole lot in quality and success and when you have a player like Mutu who is obviously a talent, a real class player who can play at a level that barely any players on the current NT can it's sad to see him not play.

Maybe you're right though, maybe letting him slowly come into the picture is better for him and about the discipline part at Juve you are right but the player has to have a certain amount of will power and for now it seems like he does.

Roma GM denies everything and says he was only talking about personal problems that Mancini is having. :|
Why would they go to Milan for this?

Mancini in Juve negotiations?
Tuesday 30 August, 2005
There are reports that Amantino Mancini has been spotted in Juve’s offices to discuss a shock transfer that could send Adrian Mutu to Roma.

The Brazilian winger was seen in Milan this evening along with agent Gilmar Veloz and several Bianconeri directors, sparking reports that he is in negotiations with the Bianconeri.

Coach Fabio Capello has already brought his former Roma players Emerson and Jonathan Zebina to Turin and has also been linked with bids for Antonio Cassano and Olivier Dacourt.

While the Press has been concentrating on the fate of Cassano, it seems that Mancini could be the most likely to make the move up North.

The former Venezia midfielder had also been linked with Inter and Real Madrid, but it’s claimed he could be part of a massive swap deal with Juventus.

While Mancini, Dacourt and Cassano would go to the Stadio Delle Alpi, Adrian Mutu, Federico Balzaretti and Giorgio Chiellini are tipped for the opposite journey.

There are also rumours that Juve could sign David Di Michele from Udinese in order to hand him over to Roma for a reunion with ex-Friuli Coach Luciano Spalletti. A less costly option would be Mario Jimenez, who is currently at Serie B outfit Ternana.

“There are no negotiations with Juventus and we have not planned any meetings with them, not even for Cassano,” insisted Roma director of sport Daniele Prade’. “I did speak to Mancini and his agent, but only about family matters.”

Roma also released a statement officially denying that Mancini was on the market and assuring that, “He is a crucial member of the first team.”

Meanwhile, the Giallorossi are close to signing Brazilian goalkeeper Doni from Juventude, while Juventus have loaned Igor Tudor out to Siena. The Croatian international had spent half of last year at the club and returns after finding no space in Turin.

1 more day :) I think we'll get both Cassano and Mancini.

As for Dacourt ? No thanks. Juveh ave enough DMs and I hate Dacourt.

Vieira = Emerson > Giannichedda > Blasi > Dacourt. We definitely don't need him.

And not that Tudor has been loaned, we're down to 4 CBs if you count Gladstone.

Moggi... surprise me !

Cassano and Mancini to you guys? Man, I'd hate to see that. But what about all the players currently with the club? I sorta doubt that Del Piero would be sold the same day all of this other stuff is going on so I'd expect him to stay, but then who'd start with all of these new guys? Mancini over Camo? Cassano behind Trez and Ibra?

Actualy wait a sec are you guys still using a 4-4-2? Or have you switched to a 4-2-2w-2?

why Juve sell all these Italians to foreign clubs :(

it takes more and more quality players out of Serie A.
