Lokomotiv Moskow and Fenerbahce minikits are already present in UEFA CL 2004-2005.
You can find them in the directory data/gui/assets/kits.

For Lokomotiv: home -> j0_100765.big
away -> j1_100765.big

For Fenerbahce: home -> j0_00326.big
away -> j1_00326.big
