Mmh, I think Kießling's model could be better, as the resemblance is quite low. His face is more narrow and longer, his nose too. Additionally I think the eyes are a little too big. I know the pic u used as I based my version on it as well.
Work more on the model to match his real life proportions. The hair is already nice, mate.
