use photoshop or a similar editing tool to shrink the boots to 64 x 64 pixels. thats 1gf size and will work.

With Creation Master, go to Tools>Expand Database. Voila!

Rinaldo said that there would soon be an update to CM that would allow 128 boots... but I used CC07 to expand the database to 127 boots!
