Hmm it needs some work on the mouth, nose texture, eyebrows, but like you said this is just the first version...i know you will make it perfect;)

hmm there's something which is stopping this from looking like dyer, I can't quite work out what it is. He looks way too old for a start possibly somethin to do with the eyes, and the mouth looks strange, maybe bring it upwards and shut it tight!

Fix the skin colour and make the eyebrows bigger. The headshape is perfect, just make the texture better :)
