Kit pieces in template

Okay, I've tried but just don't have the patience to figure out what the 11 different pieces of the kit are in the kit template. I've looked at a couple of kit tutorials which were extremely helpful, but they didn't give explicit information on what the different pieces are. Some I can get (shorts, front, small back socks, obviously), but not all. Can someone give me a quick rundown of the kit pieces in the template? Thanks!

What a moron I am! Thanks, northstar, I just hadn't looked hard enough. The map was right there in the great tutorial by Ahmad & Blal Saleh.
