Kit problem in demo..

I tried to import the barcalone and AC milan home kits in to the demo and this happened.... :nape:

The kits close up look a bit like the milan kit inverted. I converted them from the PNG on imageshack to a 24 bit bitmap and imported.

can anyone help :)
