Kit Raptor incomplete !

Why those kit raptors for Fifa 2004 are not so complete like the ones for Fifa 2003..? I remember last year it had more features: I could also edit fonts for numbers (Adidas, Nike...it was also a font patch), color....and other stuff. Can someone make a complete Kit Raptor with fonts that real teams use according to their kits sponsor?
