Kit Templates & Programmes

Does anyone have a link where i can get the templates and a programme to view the kits?

Got some kits to make, i work for a company making sublimated football kits and want to import some of my kit designs into fifa aswell

Hello here KevEV2! I'd like to say a few thought about kitmaking to Fifa for you:

#1 - choose a graphical editor programme, for example Photoshop, Gimp etc.
#2 - make a template for the shirt and the short
#3 - if you want it, i could send you a psd template later, cause i'm in my workplace now.
#4 - what do you think about a future collaboration?

I use Illustrator CS6 for all my graphic work, my main issue is the kit layout and overlay, is this added into the game already of will it need an overlay?

PSD File would be brilliant as i can edit its preferences to CS6.

I would be happy to should we both agree on each others takes on kits.

I used to do alot of modding for rugby league games so ive been used to using different templates to those for fifa

if you want to create different kits, the main problem is the following: every kit needs a template. (adidas,nike,puma,lotto etc) The kit layout is always the same, the overlay/pattern is the trickery of kitmaking. In photoshop you can create your templates in psd, and export it to png. With another tool (Rinaldo's CM14) you can import your kit into the game.

for example if you want to create classic kits or modern kits you'll need the main template of the kit. After that you must draw the patterns of the kit and the colorways.

i wouldn't use a known brand such as nike ect. I work for a kit manufacturer called EV2 so i would make them as EV2 Garments for the game. I have alot of render files such as Shirt textures and short textures ect.

Thanks i will look for that programme, heard a few people mention it but didnt know what to expect, if thats what people use on here then thats something ill look at. alot of brilliant quality kits on here.

Use Photoshop CS2 or CS6 if you want to work. My personal opinion please get in touch with Americanizta, damone, Tonce for example (they are the best kitmakers here) sorry if i forget somebody.

About 3D visualisation: use rhino 3D, i could send you the 3D files later from home with the programme version number.

Yeah i understand what you mean, make each standard design as a template in a standard colour way in a format like PSD/AI/PDF which can be edited to fit other colourways and other slight modifications.

yes, and after that you could view 3D in rhino.

spoke with Tonce earlier regarding some kits for my work sounds like a great guy and his kits are top notch. Maybe we could work on some fantasy kits together? like bring in our own kit designs for people who want to use them and dont want the same old big name companies branding on them. for if someone want to do a career on fifa with a custom team with thier own kits ect.

So be patient matey, i'd like to organize kitmakers to join our great kitmakingproject, cause there are a lot of kits, we need templates to make quality jerseys and shorts. Sorry again certainly not forgotten you... What will be the first kit?

on my list the first team of Grupo 1 is : Racing Santander
