Kit templates?

Where can I find the BETS kit templates for fifa 2003? I need to start making kits, it's time. The Kit Raptor is out.

I made a Bosnian national kit, but I am not happy.... the neck part on the front is ugly as hell.... it's not the way it should look.

You can get templates at http://www.socceraccess.com and then colourize it by doing following steps.
1/ add a new layer ovet the background texture
2/ set the new layer style tom "Multipy"
3/ filling an area of the new layer with a color will change the color of the kit, but the background texture is still visible
4/ add another layer over
5/ set it's style to normal
6/ paste logos onto this new layer

I know how to colorise, but I don't know how to change the neck-part, the Colar. It looks so bad in the original template. But I've seen your guys kits, and the colar looks superb.
