Kitfactory Doesn't Work!!!

Well that's it really :rolleyes:
The subject says it all!
I installed the Kitfactory and the other Kitfactory that SgZ advises to install but it doesn't work for me.
Herman has send me his great Barca kit for the game to make ss for him but I can't import it somehow with Kitfactory, it simply doesn't work and you can still see the default kit ingame :(
Anyone knows how to do it?? or do I just wait for Ariel's KitRaptor cause that one will definitely work of course!
Anyone? :o
