That means it thinks you have a program like virtual drive on which you run PES 3 or you use a CD-crack for PES 3, I think....

I have no virtual drives or any other emulation software!!
It's the original dvd btw!
Add my other exe back and it works again!!
This link is supposed to explain it but does nothing of the sort!!

Sure it works again when you putted the original pes3.exe back, but now without patch, because most of the changes are in pes3.exe

Well if it works with the original and the 1st patch why does it come up with that error on this version??

Nack I had the same problem, and posted about it in the third message of this thread. You were probably running in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode prior to patching. If you disable that, the patched game should work fine. At least that was my problem. Hope that helps.

Ok Konami really bid a bad port...now it double speeded the game...but that is no worry...
If you have this problem(geforce MX 440 by the way), put the other PES.exe(in DVD-ROM again instead of the patched one...you will notice that there will be no slowdowns...not even on the penalty box(YUPPIE)...but...weirdly, the replays are at good speed and the cards are now in double speed...very weird...
