Does the program open or does it crash? Because if open you can't select any option without selecting the language database first. You should click the folder icon.

If it's a Windows 10 incompatibility I don't know, I use Windows 7.

If it's too complicated, you can replace generic stadiums instead of adding it, but you'll have to find the ID of the generic stadium of your choice, and rename all the files from Benito Villamarin.

For example, if you want to replace El Libertador (ID 192). Open the Benito Villamarin files and rename the files by replacing the ID with 192 like these:

stadium_192.rx3; stadium_192_1_textures.rx3; etc (stadium folder)

crowd_192_3.dat; crowd_192_1.dat (crowdplacement folder)

glares_192_3_3.rx3; glares_192_3_3.lnx (fx folder) - after you rename all the glare files, you'll need to open the .lnx files with notepad to rename these first lines so the new ID is also the same (in this example, 192) <particleSystem>
<particleEffect name="glares_192_3_3">

You should do that for all the .lnx files or else, your game will crash.

After that, you have to regenerate the game. Since CM 16 isn't working for you, download i68 controller program, open it and select the "regenerate" option in the left bottom of the main panel.
