His right eye is looking inward while his left eye is looking forward.
And his lips is more open towards the left.
Also his left nostril is bigger than his right one.

I tried to update everything you guys suggested about Babacar, but I can't finish mouth ( in blender it closed, but ingame it opened). This is the best I can do. I think I'll move on
