Technical question: Diego Costa has played for the Brazil NT, but he can switch to Spain because they were only friendlies. Now, since Spain is already qualified, from now until the WC they won't have any official games to play until then. Could Costa theoritcally change allegiances again and play for Brazil at the WC?
