That's impossible. Only way that can be an issue is if there was a corruption problem with the original download and install, in which case you can always reinstall the game from scratch.

repair the install, if that doesn't work then you didn't buy the game and you are shit out of luck.

just try to repair the insall & delete the squads file(s) on "my documents\FIFA 14\ folder.
