I'm looking for a League Tracker program so I can play a league of the club sides in PES2 - assuming they haven't added this option, as they almost certainly haven't. Anyone know where to download a free program that I can use to process results, etc.? Help much appreciated.

Ltrack is free and easy to use comes with English and Scottish Leagues already setup (i.e. players and teams etc).
Produces stats for Teams, Players, Goals, Red and Yellow cards, etc
or try bootroom 2000 : http://www.jwr-software.com/
if you want a more comprehensive product. However this is limited to a free 40 uses, which is ok if you leave your PC on all the time (mine is always on therefore never shut it down).
This covers more stuff and produces fixtures, tracks disciplinary records, etc.
