Calling all people who are suffering from the Crash to the Desktop bug in fifa 2003. Lets solve this problem together once and for all. I have had extensive contact with EA and their offical response is...."Return the game to the store where you bought it", I am not joking, after giving me bs advise, that is the best they came up with. SO it is up to us to see if there is a fix to this problem.
1. Has anyone conquered this problem? If so how did you do it?
2. Please list your system specs. : ie. OS, Ram, Gx card, sound card, gamepad and monitor.
3. DOes it crash everytime you play or only sometimes.
so..to answer my own questions..
1. I have been able to play full matches, even play for hours on end after reinstalling the game and my grapics card, but inevitably, it crashes to the desktop again at some point.
2. Xp, 512 ram, Radoen 8500, Avance Ac 97 sound card (pos), Mircos. sidewinder gamepad, LCD mitsubishi monitior.
3. It usually crashes every match, or every other match, as I said above, once out of 20 times I am able to play it for a few hours, maybe 20 matches in a row.
