They ARE in the games folders, They are hidden in the game, if you want them in the game you will have to edit it.

Download the shoe textures and models on the first page and use FM12 to open the rx3 files and in the shoes have the ids 229, 230, 231 and 232.

dont import model in cm12, just named shoe**.rx3 file (model file) on wich number you have in cm12. and then move rx3 file in fifa folder/data/scene... /shoe folder
