as promised, I'm the first to reply in your thread good start for your first faces. Try editing the model more precisely according to the real photos and make neck colors the same as skin tones.

all faces have the same model and the result is bad, firsto u have to use other models, map all the face make hairs and improve tetures

Nice faces for a starter, but your texture are too blured (try using higher quality pictures), and you should not use the same o-model for each player.
