Thinking about it, i guess it wouldn't solve the problem because a lot of my national teams aren't national teams in the database. Hmm. There's so much stuff I have to fix it'll be better to restart my fifa in the next time (as soon as I'll be no student anymore). Using all your great teams!

The caribbean region has a style that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. They know how to party and put on a show both on and off the field. This is difficult to capture within FIFA07 however I hope you at least see the very straightforward attacking style and speed when using these caribbean teams. They aren't gonna take down any giants... But they'll give them a run for their money.

Antigua and Barbuda is no different. Boasting one of the strongest sides in Caribbean football they are still considered second tier here. My only advice... Do not take them lightly.

in 2004 the U.S. Mens National Team headed to the caribbean for their second leg match against CONCACAF minnows Grenada in the first round of qualifying for Germany '06. They were hot off their excellent showing in the World Cup in '02 and were quite confident having a 3-0 aggregate advantage.

They took a backup squad mostly, still sporting Donovan, but adding in newcomers like Kerry Zavagnin, who was sitting in the stands during the home leg.

The Grenada FA moved the game from their soccer stadium to the cricket ground due to its capacity. The hilly landscape mixed with the small sized stadium meant that residents could see right out onto the pitch from their decks. It was wet, the field did not drain well and the field was a swamp. a through ball with relative pace on it would stop dead in a grassy puddle ready for the taking by the opposition. Grenada playing in front of their home fans put on quite a show. They were defending fiercely and counter attacking with frightening speed.

The U.S. in the end prevailed having scored 3, several in quite mysterious fashion. The Grenada players were able to walk out with their heads held high as they were able to punch in 2 on the Americans loosing and being eliminated by an aggregate score of 6-2.

It may not sound close, but you probably weren't watching the game. This game stands out in my mind as the best I've ever seen period. The environment, the players, the passion, what it mean to players like Kellon Baptiste who has absolutely no club at the time (and doesn't anymore I don't think). Shalrie Joseph was a small timer in the MLS before this match helped vault him into a regular starting position.

If you cannot tell I really like Grenada. I was quite excited to be making them, I am happy to be playing them. I love August's kits and I hope everyone else can appreciate what a crop of talent this tiny little Island has, Because I strongly believe they would have been in the semi's if they could have avoided a few of the relative giants (USA Mexico, Costa rica, Jamaica Trinidad) for just a little longer.

Enjoy guys,

That's awesome man. There are definately some kits that need updates and others that we still don't have any kits for... Makispla has made a ton of new kits so let me double check my list with the ones he's made and see which are still missing.

We're getting into the smaller and smaller nations so many of them will probably be tough to find references for... they may need to be fantasy. I don't know how you feel about that.

So you know i've seen your kits before. I have always been impressed by them.

So far I think we need:

Equitorial Guinea
Tahiti
Maldives
British Virgin Islands
Benin
Congo Republic
Dominica
Puerto Rico
Anguilla
Tanzania
Liberia
Moldova
Martinique
Burundi
Gambia
Mauritania
Niger
Georgia
Macau
Central African Republic
San Marino

To be clear it may be that kits have been made since I made this list... as well there may be kits from users I do not have permissions from. Inactive kit makers has made it a bit more difficult to find kits for many of these teams.

You can always check the "Comprehensive List of National Team Kits" to look for a kit because Makispla has posted many in there (gambia I believe is one of them).

Thanks a ton for any contribution Luis_Figo. It's great to have your support.

it's really difficult to find Macau national team's kits, just find a team photo
of that team for references.

that's a great pic man... At the moment no one has made Macau kits (accept for a fantasy home by me).

When I get to Macau, if none have been made I will do them myself... But I'll see if maybe Makispla can take a shot at it... he's much better.

Do you know who the opponent is in that pic... It almost looks like Cape Verde Islands... That would be quite a game.

I just looked it up, this was obviously a very interesting tournament with mostly african teams, plus macau, india and east timor. except of india, all of the teams' countries are portuguese speaking countries. maybe india was the substitute for brazil? brazil played in the minifootball tournament, beating macau 27-0 (fascinating sport: they get results like East Timor 0-76 Brazil, but also Portugal 1-1 Brazil).

India 2 - 0 Macau
Cape Verde 3 - 0 India
Cape Verde 7 - 0 Macau
Mozambique 5 - 0 East Timor
Angola 0 - 3 Mozambique
East Timor 0 - 5 Angola
Guinea-Bissau 0 - 3 São Tomé and Principe
Portugal 3 - 0 Guinea-Bissau
São Tomé and Principe 0 - 6 Portugal
Portugal 2 - 0 Mozambique
Cape Verde 1 - 2 Angola
Mozambique 0 - 1 Cape Verde
Portugal 2 - 0 Angola

Barbados is not among the most feared in the Caribbean. They are a good side that wil give you a fight, but they will rarely find their way in the top 12 or so in CONCACAF.

In preperation for the 2006 World Cup Barbados actually qualified for the Semifinals where they met and beat Costa Rica in their first match. They failed to earn another point however.

This is a team to watch with several players having seen time in England(Goodridge, Ifill, McCammon) and other very impressive Domestic players like their fine goalkeeper Adrian Chase.

Enjoy this team guys they are fun to play:

mrliioadin about what you said of the internacional league. I think the problem isn't in deleting it. Every league as one level and the level of the internacional league is 5 and the level of the leagues you created is 1. I think the problem is in the league's level. Maybe the confederational leagues level has to be the same of the internacional league.

you're absolutely right but in 07 this doesn't work properly, either. In 06 it worked perfectly. I had 6 confederation leagues and they were all recognized by the game as national team leagues. but now something changed.

Anyway back to work getting these released after a busy sunday (first day in quite a while I haven't gotten at least one team released... though my Sunday league team did win 3-0!).

I took a couple of liberties with Suriname. There are several players listed as dutch by many resources which EA has listed as being from Suriname (which makes perfect sense to me Suriname being predominately of Dutch decent, many of these players may have the option of dual nationalities.

Anyway I cannot prove these 5 or so players have appeared for Suriname nor are they listed on nationalfootballteams.com and they definately didn't participate for the digicel caribbean cup (but many European based footballers didn't).

I put these players on Surinames team because I do believe if they are eligible for play with suriname they probably would participate in qualifiers and major tournaments. I left their origional attributes in place so they are in the 60's while most of the team is 20-30

One other liberty I took was this. I'm trying not to release any more teams with just one goalkeeper... I'm trying to create at least one backup. I couldn't find one for suriname so I went back to a player born in '73 and probably now retired and used him as the backup. They have a full 23 man roster using these two tricks. I'm pretty happy with it and I hope you guys are as well.

Oh, i thought you were older since you're married. I knew you were goalkeeper, you wanted to play as that in our sealand national team.
You saved a penalty? Wow. I've once seen a penalty shoot-out in a lower league, and though the shoots were bad no goalkeeper saved one single kick. It ended 6-7 because the seventh pk was kicked by the home team's goalkeeper and he missed. So this was really a very bad day for both goalkeepers.

By the way, thanks for suriname, my favourite american team. I'll try it out, but later... in 3 weeks i have to deliver the first part of my diploma. haven't played a single game the last 2 weeks.

My son is a goalie too and he loves facing PKs because the keeper is in a 'no lose' situation where no one expects you to make the save but you can be the big hero if you do. He just picks his spot in advance rather than trying to react to the kick and has a couple of truly spectacular saves to his name, including one from three seasons or so ago that still gets talked about whenever a penalty is awarded.
