got demoted when i transfered to a different store just to settle in, and yesterday, i got enstated as between 1st assistant/2nd assistant manager. so, my responsibilities have tripled and with uni, i want to get hd's and dont want to struggle.

ok, i've thought bout it over night and its time for me to come clean. i can cope with work and uni easy.

the fact is that i did something wrong and wish to go on my own terms rather than the administrations.

also, what is left for me here, when i have lost credibility: -

I have attempted to show leadership here and failed, attempted at peacekeeping here and failed, i have tryed to stop people from picking on other members and failed, and now i have done the access scandle and was found out.
