We're done......To allow 4 goals at home, with 11 men on the field, is just unacceptable.

Time to bring in Garreth Barry and stick him on the bench. He will serve as cover for Gerrard.

Rafael Benitez: "I did not say that he(Sir Alex Ferguson) seems frightened. I said that he looks nervous, as he can see that we are very close to his team."

Can someone please slap that guy in the face? Please do it.

**** that, think before you speak and make up your own mind about stuff. I would respect you more if you even stuck out with any stupid, misninformed opinion you had, but instead you get swayed so easily.

Ah, I get fed by what I am exposed to. The media here did not show Itandje's side of the story so I had no clue about the truth.

And I was gracious enough to accept my fault. (H)

But yes, I get swayed very easily. That's right.

3-1 victory at Hull City

I was actually hoping that Agger played a full 90 minutes instead of Carragher. Torres missed a few chances but Yossi Bennayoun has been GREAT for us in 2009. Another great performance from the Israeli in this one.....

2 games in hand....dissapointing Spurs and awful Wigan.....what pressure? You'll win those games comfortably.

We had one chance against Arsenal and we blew it.

heh, when you think they're in trouble, there's always a helping hand, or whistle... a penalty that never was to spark a comeback, and a ball that didn't cross the line to close it up....

and we're the lucky ones...

Luck counts only for the losers.:nape:

Did you even see our performance in the second half. The players ran riot.

I'm not really sure about that, Man U fans have come here for a while just to tell us how lucky we were, and it's not like they're losing, is it?

As for your second half performance, before the penalty, it was just like your first half performance up to the Spurs first goal. After the penalty, Gomes' confidence was poor. Oh, and did you even see Spurs' performance after the penalty? Right, me neither, because there wasn't any.

You relate those things to our LUCK. I may consider 3-2 against villa lucky but no chance for this one.

Tottenham didn't perform then its their problem, not ours.

But, still, as a true footall fan, I would like to see a close Title race, maybe till the last matchday.

Liverpool have held talks with the GMR group, billionaire owners of Indian Premier League cricket team Delhi Daredevils, that could lead to huge investment and an eventual buy-out.

Any Reactions?

Things are improving, and we are a much better side than even the 2005 CL winning team, so even if there's no trophy for us, we shouldn't be too disappointed. Sure, we need to improve, and we need to stop losing points to smaller teams...

As for Tevez, I really like him for his time at Corinthians and his never give up attitude, but I don't think he'd be happy at Liverpool, as we now play with only Torres up front and Gerrard behind him. I really think he deserves a good side that will give him enough play time, but I'm afraid it won't be at Liverpool.

Well, luck is hard to define, and I'm not in the mood to get into an argument about it, so let's just say we have different definitions for it. No, I don't think your win against Spurs was entirely out of luck, but it wasn't entirely without it.

Tevez will be stuck on the bench, we don't need that. Infact, with our current system, any striker will have to be willing to warm the bench...and that's just a Robbie Keane-esque waste of money. Personally, I think that we need to sign Shifty Agger. A lot could be determined by whether we can do that or not.

Takeover? I'll believe it when it happens. Until then, it's nothing but speculation.

Daniel Agger has turned down a £10m contract over four years. Some other club is going to get a really good CB. Very disappointing......

The love for the emirate(UAE) on Merseyside has been made evident in many ways this season: the placards waved at games; the 'organised' marches from the nearby pub to the Kop; and the sudden disavowal of working-class traditions in favour of a class-dominated system.

Therefore the Dubai loyalists who so detest the American money they in no way welcomed two years ago will be horrified to read in the News of the World that the owner of an Indian Premier League franchise is to snap them up for half a bil.

GMR chairman Grandhi Mallikarjun Rao, who is worth £4.2 billion, sent a representative to be comped at the 4-4 home league draw with Arsenal last week.

Personally, I couldn't care less where the money comes from...India, Dubai, USA, China, etc. etc.......as long as it comes.
