Special shout-outs to Joe Allen and Jon Flanagan who were quietly majestic yesterday, alongside the obvious players of the game in Gerrard and Henderson.

No matter what happens from here, I'll savour this season because it's very very very unlikely we'll hammer Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs & Everton in a solitary season ever again.

Flanagan was horrible. If anyone was going to cost you the match it was him

Reserve Team
Completely disagree. Was kind of fortunate to get away with a second booking maybe, but his overall game was incredibly solid. Got the better of Januzaj time and again, and offered a lot going forward as well.

Pretty much every 1v1 he either lost, gave away a foul or walked a tight line between giving away a foul

Rafael got round him a few times (he was horrible too) Mata did when he was on his side and Rooney went past him a few times with ease

Rafael is just a horrible player. No idea why he's starting for Manchester United, but then I think of how much better he is than their LB and I see why.

Team Captain
Rafael is very good. 1 bad game doesn't make him bad. Besides, everyone is bad under Moyes. Man Utd is possessed by a demon in Moyes. This is not Man Utd.

YELLOW CARD: Untrustworthy
Don't think we will get him. He wanted CL football, and he will now get it next season. Also, Liverpool are competing for the title and he is their top scorer.

Unless Madrid is going to fork over another 100+ mil for a player we don't need, he will stay at Liverpool.

He won't leave, I love that the manager and the owners stood firm last summer on him wanting to leave. Worked out well for all parties.

Really wish I hadn't had to work today... wanted to watch the game, and you know, Robbie Fowler is here to appear at the Liverpool supporters Club of Iceland's annual banquet ( fancy word for their party) and he was at a bar really close to where I live watching the game....if it hadn't been the first day of work at this place I'd have called in sick soooo fast

Yeah,
thought the banquet was next week, which is why I accepted the damn job hehe

oh well, I'll just have to meet him on a trip to Liverpool one day, still sucks

^^^You know what I mean.

It is all about the feeling - it did not feel like a convincing win because we gave up 3 goals to a bad team.

You know exactly what I mean.

He's always right

You simply stated the obvious. No need for a post for that. It is assumed.
