yeah agreed. Dudek's glory time in liverpool has left. Hopefully we'll get figo though, we need a right winger, and no way we are selling gerrard. he saved Liver ass at least 3 times yesterday but english media will always see only his mistakes coz

1. he isn't English - and he's better than Chris "Mr. Porcelain" Kirkland <jealousy>
2. they want to finish him mentally coz England will be playing against Poland and he's still number 1 in NT (although they have better keepers like eg. Boruc)
3. everytme when Liver defenders are playing crap he must pay

that's why I don't rate Petr Cech too high because of Chelsea defense, at leat until he'll prove his value when Barca will start bombing him on Camp Nou

I agree with you there... Sure he cost us points but I still see him as a great keeper and believe he's better than Kirkland

I do believe that Dudek is better than Kirkland but on form only.

Kirkland is allot better than Dudek when Kirkland is playing to the best of his ability, which he was at Coventry, since then hes been injured.
Dudek makes too many mistakes, In the past 3 seasons he has made what 8 mistakes which lead directly to a goal conceded. They were all also in big games.

I wouldn't try and lay all the confidence depletion on the English too, everyone said that Dudek had a crap World Cup, that can't be England's fault

the only team i support is a local team so i tend to be a neutral football supporter and i can talk about whoever i want... thanx for replyin though...a really great contribution man well done

my point is simply Dudek is a great goalie but he always had a s****y defence in front of him which is vital for a goalie...

as they say in england this country needs a strong pound and a strong liverpool!!

That Dudek blunder did kinda suck, but im pretty sure Benitez will make sure that it doesnt come back to haunt you all. But good lordy, you all looked dominant yesterday, at least from what I saw. From barely sneaking into the Champs League in that Olypiakpos game ("What A Hit!!!" ) to this work of masterclass, kudos to Liverpool. Not to get on Dudek's case, but is Carson looking good for next year? Ill post this question in the team thread, cause i guess it doesnt belong here.
