Location of flags and banners

In which files can I find the flags and banners?

I installed a Bundesliga and Bwin League 2G flag patches and I can't change them now with CM08. All other flags are replaceble.

Can anyone point me to the files where flags are stored in the game? Just need to make a few changes.
