Nah man, I'm a cyclist, I need all those carbs and calories! I did a 50k loop just today with a few high threshold intervals thrown in. It's not heart attacks I worry about, it's a**holes in trucks!
Another favourite of mine, the French-Canadian delicacy of Tourtière. Basically, just a bunch of fatty pork meat shoved into a pie!
