Im presently recruiting FIFA 2004 players that are and have been actively playing FIFA 2004 exclusively by IP address.

I think this is a very good idea, but the best way to find the best players is to talk to the well known ones on here and then ask them personally for PM's of great players they know.. thats the only way and a lot more effective may i add.. you might wanna talk to gamers on superleagues.net whom are very talented gamers.
