Looking for the name of an old PC soccer game

There was a PC soccer game in the late 80s/early 90s that I used to play and I cannot remember the name of it. It was an action based game but it had some rudimentary management features in that you climbed divisions when you finished at the top. The players were all ficticious. I would appreciate any feedback on what the name of the game might have been.
