looking for WorldCup2002 roster editor

I need to find a roster editor for World Cup 2002. Just something to edit player names, jersey numbers, ratings and positions with.

I tried FCDB XP and the game wouldn't even start after that. I heard it will be possible to edit World Cup 2002 with a new version of FEd 2002, when is that coming out? Or is there another editor which I haven't heard of?
