Loss of connection due to FIFA minimization

On a clean Windows 7 Professional x86 installation I installed FIFA 12 and made the following experience:
During Head2Head online games FIFA minimizes and when I maximize FIFA again the connection is already lost with the consequence of loosing the current game. This happens around every 6th or 7th game.
Is there a way to prevent FIFA from minimizing?

Thx in advance for any suggestion, link or hint..

i suggest you close all unneeded background apps while playing fifa.

anything will make it alt tab out like a message from msn, an update dialog for your anti virus, etc.

I have absolutely no other processes (at least none that I started myself^^) running in the background. As I said, I only installed Windows to play FIFA I don't do anything else with this OS.
