Thanks Pede and great Southend Kits. I have a question I saw in one thread that someone was telling Hagi was the best kitmaker ever. Is it really? As I am new to this forum I do not know and I think you know him personally.

dipanjan.....Hagi was/is indeed a Legend in kitmaking. He was one of the originals and the day he retired was a sad day for fifa gamers mate. He was also a very very likeable guy who was generous in helping up and coming kitmakers. Personally, I miss him a lot.

Stoke using 04/05 season Puma template for their away kit shocker!!

Still rolling out the great kits for FIFA 2005 matey....... oh btw yes its me, the artist formerly known as JJ, its been a while. They let me out of the madhouse on good behaviour!! :ewan: :ewan: :ewan:

As for Hagi I ain't chatted to him for a while, since he started his job he has been mega busy. He was a really talented kitmaker and even I picked up a few skills from him. :)

Yeah Stokes away was a bit of a surprise to me too. Mind you, the home kit aint exactly this years style either is it?

Its cool that you are still in touch with Hagi mate. He and yourself were the "big wigs" of the kits when I first came around the scene. Suffice to say, I learned a hell of a lot from you both. Ah.....those were the days huh?......take care JJ (Y)

Its great to hear that I'm still held in high regard despite it being 3 years since I last made a FIFA kit haha. Yeah last time I talked to Hagi was quite a few months ago he was really busy with his job and sounded like he hardly had much time, with all the travelling he was doing as well. I remember my old site, he joined the team and made some really outstanding kits, particularly of clubs that nobody really bothered with. A truly exceptional talent, and its still good to see you're keeping up the superb work!!

I really don't know what it is with Puma over here, last season's templates, even Plymouth Argyle have got a new away kit that uses the 04/05 style.

I think thats where I got my leaning towards lesser known team kits too. I used to see you and Hagi make some pretty obscure teams kits, but that in turn made me interested in kits from far flung places. Then with John(VP) getting involved, I got really interested in the lower league because nobody else was making those kits. Anyway thats a legacy that I prospered from, and still like to maintain. So yeah, thats why people like you will always be held in high regard mate.

Yeah, its funny how Puma kits out a few lower league teams with old designs but Spurs get the new style. Maybe thats the deal the clubs settle for when they let Puma in.
