First of all thanx for your efforts!!!:D
Then my comments are:

make his mouth a bit thinner, in particular the bottom lips,
then fix the eyes, making a black line all around the white part,
and last I would make the nose point a bit rounder, like a potato.

I would say now it's nearly perfect. I would clean a bit the ears (they're too dark), and maybe lips thinner like I said before (I don't know if it's better now with actual lips or after, I should see to comment).
Then clean the forehead: hair is good, but not so much!!! Or at least you could put the line (hair parting) in the middle.

After this he should be ok. I wonder how he would be with a smiling look. Maybe you could try it after the first changes. :D :D
