I think the hair is properly fitted because I used Nani's head and hair model. The two sides of the hair aren't hanging but they are parts of the head model right behind the ears. They are fitted tightly with the head.

Can you show yours in-game? I think yours would be good because the pic you used has more distinct facial characteristics. But I like to start with front view pic so I didn't use that pic.
