There are some hair parts that are missing, you must have deleted some parts in the alpha layer.
Clean the texture around the beard in the profile and work a little bit more on the colors.

Thanks for the feedback mate! For the hair, I didn't delete anything in the alpha layer. Those hanging hair parts are from blue channel. I lifted up them a little bit to add volume of his hair. He has some beard in the profile so I added some beard from EA. The color is now matched with his arm. Do you want it more saturated?

Oh for the hair you should then lift the second part of the model so it doesn't look like some parts of the hair are hanging in the air.
