You need to have installed FIFA 16 ModdingWay Mod.
1. Place all folders in CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 16
2. Open FIFA 16 MWM Selector
3. Click the green button "Gloves assignment updates! Click here"

I don't know why it looks reversed in game. If you extract my bump map and see, it is not reversed. Some of my old colorways also have this issue too.

I guess I won't make any new type of gk gloves for FIFA 16 but I would still update the latest colorways of Nike Vapor Grip 3. I am too nooby to create a texture and it takes me a long time to finish a template.

I can't import them, texture in rx3 is 1024x1024 and this CG file explorer wont let me do this
