Made a Signature, but don't know how to put it on

My mate, Julius, made me a signature, but it only worked once when he put it on for me, but when i logged on from my comp, it didnt work. And now i dont know how to get it to work from my comp. So if anybody could give me a hand in getting it to work, i would be most grateful.
