Major League Soccer: where to find kits, boots, ads, stadiums, etc.?

I was wondering if anybody had delved into updating some of the MLS stuff in this game. I realize it isn't the most popular, but surely somebody is a big enough fan to have done some stuff....where would I go about finding it?

kits and adboards are the thing you'll find for sure
stadia is REALLY difficult, they do only european
boots... you can check keegan's thread, but not ask for any request (since he doesn't take them) but maybe if it is a really cool boot he might do it (he's the only one that makes boots round here)
for kits, actually, nobody is sure on the new ones for 2007, so you're gonna need to wait for that (thou, fc toronto kits have been made)
