Make Career Mode Longer than 15 seasons?

How can I make the Career Mode of Fifa 12 longer than 15 seasons. I have the Database Editor but I don't know how to adjust this setting. Please help!

I have another proble. Maybe can somoene help me? When I started to train a club, I bought it. After 3 seasons I went public. When I bought the club I had no options to extend my contract with club. So the contract ended, the new sesaon started and I'm out of club. My club bought a new manager, so I don't have any possibility back into my previous job. What to do, because I have o lot of plans in the club and want to the manager again...
