Anyone who could help me out it would be appreciated. I hear there's lots of talented people in this board so hopefully someone could help me out... I will attach two picture that I would like to be in it if possible...

I was afraid of that... What happens when I maximise the pic is that the board won't allow a pic of that size, too big... Should I try a different pic then? Thanks for the response too, I heard a lot about you.
