Making and importing logos and kits

1) I made a team logo with Corel 9 and exported it in .bmp file and than in the game. But in the game my logo is too big compares to others (Fifa 2003 teams) logos. I don't know why is that, I even exported it in exact size (256x256 - it is written in CC help that the size should be that). What should I do in order my logo to be like others in size?

2) How to make my logo backgroud to be transparent in game? In CC help is written that the background should be made in RGB color 255,0,255. But it turns to be viola. In the game too.

Can you help me?

you didn't mention the EXACT way how you imported your BMP logo into the game - it is very importatnt, so tell us if you need help.

what team is the logo for? is it a FIFA 2003 original team or a new (created) one? it is also very important, if you want to change the logo for a FIFA 2003 original team, it is better and much easier to import the logos directly (not using CC) with gfxpak or some other utility (fshtool etc.)

My own created team

Actually, this team is the one I created, with players I created.
I found this team logo on the Internet in .ai format, put it in Corel, edited it a little bit and than exported it in .bmp format. Then, I opened CC, selected my team (which I created), selected "Supporters" tab and then imported the folder which I saved my logo.
Then I save all this and install the package.
I open the game sellect to play a match with my team, but the logo turns to be a little too big (especialy in "match facts" menu) and the beckground is not transparent.
That's the whole story:D
Can you help me?

When I make logos for the teams I create in the CC I generally size the actual logo to around 210x210 and paste the logo layer on the pink transparent background template which is 256x256.

The logos are comparable in size to EA made logos and they fit inside the circled border during the team line-up screens.

Here's one I made the other day.

Which program do you use and how you make pink transparent backgroud layer?

you may use ANY graphics editor (paint shop pro, adobe photosohop, also MS Paint - you have it under start-programs-accessories - is enough for this)

you do not have to set the pink background to be transparent. CC does it automatically. All areas filled with #FF00FF (255-0-255) color will be transparent.

O yes, I did it

I finally managed, I did it
But, just another question: why is there 2 logos to put? For what is the 1st and for what is the 2nd one?
